In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in ReckIt! activities—which include the destruction of objects and breakables that may become hazardous to myself and others—I, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, agree to the following:

I hereby fully release and discharge ReckIt!, including its administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and owners/lessors of the premises (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees, including any negligent rescue operations.
4. Indemnification
If I, or anyone on my behalf, make a claim against any of the Releasees, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Releasee from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to such a claim.
Final Acknowledgment
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT. I UNDERSTAND THAT PARTICIPATION IN RECKIT! ACTIVITIES IS VOLUNTARY AND THAT I AM SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT FREELY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY KIND. I INTEND FOR THIS AGREEMENT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. I intend for this agreement to remain in full effect.
