The Smash Room That Hits Different
ReckIt! was built on the idea that sometimes, we all need a release—and why not make it fun, powerful, and just a little bit wild? Founder Jessica Smith has always turned to movement and creative expression to process life’s intensity. But one day, she thought: What if there was a place where you could physically let go of stress, safely and unapologetically?
ReckIt! is about safe chaos, playful destruction, and unapologetic release. It's part therapy, part workout, and all-out fun—designed for anyone who's ever wanted to throw a plate without cleaning it up after.
💥 This summer, we’re launching our first smash room pop-ups at ADM Storage (304-3000 McGillivray Blvd), where we’ve transformed shipping containers into full-scale wreck zones. Outfitted with protective gear, satisfying smashables, and tools that feel straight out of an action movie, it’s your chance to break stuff—with purpose. Pop-up Dates are July 18-20 and August 22-24!
Come solo or bring your crew. Rage optional. Fun guaranteed.
Because smashing things for fun? That’s the new self-care.
Meet Jessica Smith — The Force Behind the Smash
Jessica Smith is the founder and fearless energy behind ReckIt!, Winnipeg’s one-of-a-kind rage room experience. What started as a lightbulb moment during a high-stress season of life quickly turned into a full-blown mission: to create a space where people could let go, release pressure, and have unapologetic fun doing it.
With a background in performance, wellness, and community-building, Jessica brings a bold mix of creativity and grit to everything she touches. ReckIt! isn’t just about breaking stuff—it’s about breaking free. Whether you're dealing with everyday stress, celebrating something big, or just want to smash a printer Office Space-style, Jessica has made sure ReckIt! delivers joy, safety, and pure release in every session.
She believes in rage as recreation, chaos as catharsis, and that sometimes, the best kind of therapy is a baseball bat and a pile of glassware.
