We recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your time slot. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but sessions often fill up fast.

We provide a wide variety of smashables: plates, mugs, electronics, office supplies—even vacuum cleaners! You can also bring your own items (BYOS – Bring Your Own Smashables), subject to safety approval.
Absolutely. We provide full safety gear including coveralls, gloves, face shields, and helmets. All rooms are designed to keep you protected while you go full destruction mode. For more information, check out our [ReckIt! House Rules] and our [Safety Gear].
Our sessions are open to anyone 18+ with valid ID.
Sessions typically last 30 minutes, depending on your package. This includes safety orientation and suit-up time. You can always add on bonus smash time if you think you might want to smash for longer. Check out our packages for more information.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or crocs). We'll provide safety gear on top of that, but you'll still want to dress so you can move and smash freely!
Yes! We love groups—birthday parties, team-building, breakups, divorce celebrations, you name it. Group bookings are available for up to 4 people per session.
Yes! You can absolutely bring your own smashables — just make sure they’re safe and approved by our staff (no pressurized containers, hazardous materials, or anything overly large or sharp).
A bucket of BYOS is $10 per person — this helps cover approval, cleanup, and disposal costs (turns out, cleaning up chaos isn’t cheap!). 💥
No hazardous materials, pressurized containers (like aerosols), liquids, chemicals, batteries, or excessively large items. We’ll review everything at check-in.
We take care of clean-up and ensure everything is safely and responsibly disposed of or recycled when possible.
For safety reasons, spectators are not permitted inside the smash rooms. However, you can enjoy the excitement from a distance by watching a live video feed outside the room and soaking in the chaos.

Our new ReckIt! Rooms are indoors so weather will not be an issue! Our outdoor Summer pop-up (July-Sept only) runs rain or shine — a little weather won’t stop the recking. You’ll gear up and sign your waiver under cover (inside a storage container) so you’ll stay dry while getting prepped. Once you're in your safety gear, you’re fully covered and ready to smash — just bring an umbrella if you're worried about the walk-in/out. The chaos continues, no matter the forecast.
We get it—plans change! Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. No-shows will be charged in full.
Both! Some people come to de-stress, others come to celebrate, and some just want to break stuff for fun. We keep the energy upbeat, safe, and empowering.
Unlikely! However, if you’re worried you won’t have enough to smash, upgrade to the XL package or BYOS — Bring Your Own Smashables to make sure you’ve got plenty of chaos to go around. ⚡️
f time allows within our schedule, you can add bonus smash time on-site — or lock it in ahead of time if you already know you’ll want more chaos.

Yes—everyone must sign a waiver before participating. It covers safety, liability, and general terms of use.

We’ll try our best to squeeze you in, but late arrivals may lose part of their session time. Please arrive 10-15 min early to sign the waiver, suit up and get the full experience!
If you have physical limitations, chronic pain, or medical concerns, talk to us first. We’ll assess if it’s safe and suggest ways to participate comfortably.
